Purpose of a 60 Unit Townhome Development (This Will Be a Quasi-judicial Hearing)

              B.           Recommendation from the Planning Board to call for a Public Hearing to be Held on September
14th, 2010 on the Request from Onslow RLD, LLC for a Voluntary Satellite Annexation of 39.1 Acres on NC State
Road 1537 (Hardison Rd) and a Re-Zoning Request on Parcel # 749-7.1 and 748-20.10 for the Purpose of 230 Multi-
Family Homes

              C.        Recommendation from the Planning Board to call for a Public Hearing to be Held on September
14th, 2010 on the Request from Charles Riggs on behalf of Delmar Pollert for a Voluntary Contiguous Annexation of
22.632 Acres on HWY 17 South and Re-Zoning of Parcel #’s 735-28 and 735-29 for 52 Single Family Homes with the
first 500 feet to be Re-Zoned Commercial from R-20 and the Remainder Re-Zoned to R-10 with 5 ft. Sideline Setbacks

              D.        Discussion of Arrangements for the September 9th, 2010 4-Town Meeting Hosted by the Town of
Holly Ridge
