Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling within the Town Limits
If you need to set a water account up you may come into the
Holly Ridge Town Hall to do so, which is a satellite office for
ONWASA. You will need to bring a valid I.D., your social
security number, and the house address with you. If the water
is not currently on to the residence and you need it to be on
the same day be sure to come in the office before 2:00 p.m. to
avoid any additional fees. Everyone is required to put a
deposit down for water service. This deposit is based on your
credit. The deposit ranges from $100.00 - $200.00, plus a
$35.00 service fee. We will run a quick credit check which
takes about five minutes and we cannot do this over the
phone.

service is required to have garbage and recycling also.
This is also broken down on your bill it shows as two
different charges. A Holly Ridge Garbage fee of $10.50 and
a Holly Ridge Recycling fee of $1.50 Everyone is
encouraged to use the Large recycling bin at the Town
Hall below is a list of items that may be placed in the bin.
